The whole machine is made of stainless steel casing, table top, powder hopper, etc., which conforms to G.M.P. standard. Fixed point filling, single power filling, infinite micro-adjustment filling, so that the filling volume can be within the tolerance of 3%. 100% capsule filling, no loss of capsule. Hydraulic ligating system, no loss of ligature. Special design, easy to change the mold when using different capsules, can be completed within 15 minutes. European tractor type laminating, faster filling, safer and more accurate operation, easier cleaning, daily production capacity of 120,000-180,000 capsules (depending on the type and size of the product).

Stainless steel SUS304 cladding or hard chrome finish on the exterior and interior spindle area of the machine. The machine has an easy-to-operate electrical control panel. The machine is equipped with a tablet counter, machine running timer and electrical safety devices. All panels, tracks and molds can be easily disassembled and cleaned. Hourly production capacity (ingots/hour) 17,000 ~ 46,000 ingots (expected to be doubled in March 2020 when the new machine is returned to the factory).

Maximum speed of 60~100 pieces per minute (depending on the type and size of the product) There are two kinds of molds for playing capsule type and oval diamond type, etc. This machine adopts continuous rotary motion, not intermittent reciprocating motion, so there is no impact and noise, and the operation is smooth. Teflon evaporation heating plate, contact heating P.V.C membrane and PVDC membrane, so the heating temperature is lower, the heating material uniformity is better, the operation speed is more stable. The whole machine is covered with SUS 304 stainless steel, which meets the G.M.P. standard. Edge to edge cutting method, intermediate material waste, at least 6% of the cost of packaging materials.
