Strict Quality Control – Eight-step Quality Control Process
FUE is constantly improving its quality control in order to provide consumers and partners with higher quality products and the peace of mind that they will receive the assistance they need. In its constant search for improvement, FUE develops high quality control standards and strives for peace of mind that the products are satisfactory and that there is a perfect consistency in every item consumed by the consumer.
Four strict quality control processes
We have three times of the quality control personnel of the same level factory to control the quality, and customer-oriented quality service management.
Raw Material Quality Control
- Raw material quality control and report: appearance, labeling, moisture, COA inspection report.
- Sampling and preservation: The sampled raw materials are placed in the sampling room for preservation.
Process Management
- Daily plant sampling and inspection reports for all dosage forms.
Finished product quality control
- Check the package specification
- Save samples for storage (temperature and humidity control in the sample room, below 27 degrees Celsius and below 70% humidity, and store them until the expiration date before checking the validity assessment of the products).
